Some love stories start with fate.
Ours started with a beer in a bar.
I’m a Jersey girl. Mark’s an Englishman.And somehow, on the vibrant island of Aruba, our worlds collided.
What followed was a love story that stretched across 3,000 miles—countless calls, long flights, and late-night messages that turned distance into nothing. We married in June 2017, proving that love doesn’t care about borders, time zones, or miles.
Our family grew, and so did our dreams.
First, our daughters, Nova and Isla, then our son, Atlas. Alongside Mark’s daughter, Maria, my stepdaughter, we became a beautifully blended crew, navigating life, love, and the ever-changing tides of Mark’s job as a merchant marine.
Then, in the middle of a world that felt uncertain,
we made a bold choice—we bought a farm.
A place to put down roots, to create, to grow. With my mom, “Oma,” by our side, we poured our hearts into turning this land into something magical. Now, Stargazer Fields is more than a farm. It’s a story—a place where love, connection, and possibility take center stage. It’s where we chase dreams, build legacies, and invite others to be part of something special.
Because our story isn’t just ours. It’s yours, too.
And we can’t wait to write the next chapter together.
